DraftedWritten into the bylaws; adopted at the first board meeting
The corporation holds to The Baptist Faith and Message (2000). Every division teaches and publishes in keeping with it, and the Spiritual Director reviews its material for faithfulness.

Our work is Christian, and we say so: Bible Guide publishes the Scriptures, and Church Family serves congregations. Redeemer Pathways, the one division that works with children in person, opens and closes every session with prayer, and parents are told so before their child joins. A child may pray with us or simply listen. No child has to pray, profess faith or belong to a church to take part, and none is treated differently for it.
Keeping children safe
DraftedDrafted for Redeemer Pathways; not yet adopted
No adult is ever alone with a young person, and no adult drives one alone. Every adult who serves passes a Level 2 fingerprint background check and has been known to the community for six months. Any suspicion of abuse is reported at once to the police and the Florida Abuse Hotline. No session runs until the policy is adopted, a safeguarding lead is appointed and every adult is screened.
Conflicts of interest
DraftedDrafted; adopted at the first board meeting
Based on the sample policy the IRS publishes. Every director and officer discloses any interest, leaves the room for decisions it touches, and signs a statement each year.
Gifts and restricted funds
DraftedWritten into the bylaws; adopted at the first board meeting
Each restricted gift is recorded with the giver, the date, the amount and the restriction in the giver’s own words, and its balance is tracked until it is spent as the giver intended.
