Check us, don’t just trust us.
Every quarter we publish what came in and what went out, for each division, and where every restricted gift went. Most small organizations never show this. We will, from the first dollar.
The promise
What we publish, and how.
- Every quarter, money in and money out for the organization and for each division, published within 30 days of the quarter’s end.
- Each gift a giver restricts is tracked from the day it arrives until it is spent as they asked.
- Every report is the Treasurer’s report to the board, as presented. Reports are dated and never rewritten; a correction is published as a new dated note.
- No giver is named without their permission.
Quarterly reports
The first report is still to come.
The corporation has no bank account yet, so no money has moved. The first report covers the first quarter in which its account is open.
| First quarter with an open account | Organization-wide | Bible Guide | Redeemer Pathways | Church Family |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Money in | — | — | — | — |
| of which restricted to this division | — | — | — | — |
| Money out | — | — | — | — |
| Balance at quarter end | — | — | — | — |
This is the shape every report takes. Figures appear on the day the first report is published.
Restricted gifts
Every restricted gift, followed to the end.
For each gift a giver restricts to a division or a purpose, the Treasurer records the date, the amount, the restriction in the giver’s own words, and what remains unspent. That record is summarised here every quarter.
